Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in a plain, discreet shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to confirm they are unused, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
